FUEL Ministry

Help the FUEL Program.   The Outreach Committee reminds you that we are asking for donations to the FUEL Program. This fund furnishes meals for needy children at East Cheatham. With your help, every week we provide thirty children at East Cheatham Elementary School with food for the weekend. Your monetary gift will help us continue this very important mission and we are asking everyone to help. Please make your check to Greenville UMC and write FUEL on the check and place it in the offering. If you want to give cash donations, please give to Pat Dugger.

Bahama Mission Trip

Greenville, along with Mission Discovery, have been blessed to be able to minister in Nassau, Bahamas. With over 700 islands in the Bahamas chain, Nassau is a place of extreme beauty in the tourist sector and extreme poverty in the local residents areas. This is an island filled with people hungry for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Greenville has been ministering for the past 6 years at an area called The All Saints Camp of Saint John the Devine. This former leper colony was turned into an AIDS hospice area for local Bahamians who had no where to go or to turn to. The A.S.C. is filled with the most loving adults and children you will ever meet. The residents there have been ostracized from the others in Nassau. The mission trip usually takes place in mid July and is filled with construction, painting, repairing, and most importantly ministering with the residents. This most likely can/will be the most amazing week of your life. If you are interested in more information about this trip please email to: missiontrip10@aol.com
